WHO WE ARE
Based in Glasgow with a London office, 141 Productions launched in 2022 and is headed by Hannah Brownhill and Toby Stevens.
141 is the Nations venture from Objective Media Group, bolstering opportunities for emerging Scottish talent, it focuses on factual and factual entertainment programming.

Tammy Brandon
Production Executive
Tammy worked at Fremantle Media before joining the All3Media Group in 2020. She has overseen many big formats, from comedy panel and light entertainment shows to factual features and documentaries, including Harry’s Heroes, Mock the Week, Frank Skinner, Grand Designs, Four Rooms, Escape to the Country, Embarrassing Bodies and 10 Years Younger. Tammy tutors at the NFTS and spent two years as an external Production Manager assessor.

Hannah Brownhill
Joint Creative Director
Hannah built her career at Endemol, ITV, Fremantle and Warner Bros before joining the All3Media Group in 2018. She has worked in the development and production of popular formats and factual entertainment brands including Would Like to Meet, How Clean is Your House, The Apprentice UK, How to Look Good Naked, Four Rooms, Great British Railway Journeys, The Week the Landlords Moved In, An Hour To Save A Life, 10 Years Younger and Embarrassing Bodies.
Since launching 141 Productions in Sept 2022, she has overseen the development and production of Millionaire Hoarders and My Dead Body both for Channel 4.

Annie Butcher
Development AP
Annie started her career as a TRC trainee at Mentorn Media and Firecracker Films, finding a love for both development and production. She now works in both fields, making factual/ fact ent and competition formats like, The Great Interiors Battle, Billionaire Blooms, The Truth About… series, Style Fixers and more. She spoke on The Edinburgh TV Festival’s panel, “What Young People Want” for Channel 4; participated in Glasgow’s winning bid for Creative City of the Year and speaks on the alumni panel for TRC’s training schemes to encourage people from diverse backgrounds to get into TV.

David O Gray
Development Researcher
David O. Gray began his career as a content creator for BBC The Social, creating shorts that gained millions of views. He then continued creating shorts and sketches for BBC Studios for the BBC Scotland platform, on television with Socially Distanced with Susan Calman and he directed the RTS Scotland nominated Chris McQueer’s Hings. Most recently, he wrote and directed Celtic Award nominated “Close Encounters of the Bonnybridge Kind” for BBC Radio Scotland.
An all-rounder with writing, directing, photography, videography and post-production experience, he was also selected for Bafta Guru Live 2021 and was selected as one of Scottish Voices in 2022 as part of cohort of some of the best up and coming writers in Scotland.

Lucy Moore
Development Producer
Lucy splits her time between development and production. She works predominantly across fact ent, ents and reality formats, including shows like First Dates, The Apprentice, Love Island, Starstruck and Gold Rush. Lucy is part of the RTS Futures Committee and is passionate about offering industry entrants access to tools, information and mentoring to get them started in their careers.

Bella Newnham
Development Executive and Executive Producer
Bella began her career at Discovery and the BBC before working for Fremantle and most recently, the All3MediaGroup. She has worked across production and development on shows including The Undateables, Four Rooms, The Young Apprentice, George Clarke’s Amazing Spaces, Heston’s Fantastical Food, The Week The Landlords Moved In, How to Look Good Naked and 10 Years Younger.

Sukh Sahota
Senior Producer
Sukh started his TV career at Shine where he was the floor manager on the very first series of MasterChef The Professionals. He has since worked in both production and in development; with a particular interest in self shooting and editing. Sukh has worked on a variety of projects, from food formats to makeover shows, documentaries and a survival series. including Double Your House for Half the Money, Cookery School, Escape, Don’t Scream, My Dead Body and 10 Years Younger.

Toby Stevens
Joint Creative Director
Toby has worked in Scotland since 2001 and for All3MediaGroup since 2013. His production credits include the BAFTA Scotland award-winning It Was Alright in the 70s, BAFTA Scotland award-winning Last Commanders, Comedy Connections, Glamour’s Golden Age, Dear Diary, Now You See It, Meet You at the Hippos and The Answer Trap. Before moving north of the border he worked on Have I Got News For You and produced Room 101 and The Weakest Link.

Laura Waddell
Formatlab Development Trainee
Laura joined 141 through Formatlab from TRC in partnership with Screen Scotland, BBC and Channel 4. Coming from a background in pubishing, she is an author (Exit, Bloomsbury), award-winning Scotsman columnist, and frequent contributor to BBC Scotland's Seven Days. Prior roles in publishing include Visiting Lecturer in Publishing Studies at City University, UK Director of literary indie Tramp Press and Publishing Manager at HarperCollins where she commissioned original children’s non-fiction and published titles under the imprints National Geographic Kids, I-Spy, and Collins children’s dictionaries, maps and atlases. A love of narrative and character, enjoyment of creative development and pitching, and a lot of escapist reality tv have led her to television.

Linlin Zhu
Team Assistant
Linlin joined 141 in 2023 to support directors and the entire team with daily routines, productions, and development. Prior to that, she started her career in China with experience in making docs about Wildlife, Cuisines and After-War. She is now exploring both development and production in the UK with different background insights after her MA degree at UCL.
